Additional information

Comes with pots, pans, plates bowls and cutlery. 4 person drive away inflatable awning, 2 number camping chairs, table for cooking, windbreak, small BBQ stand, picnic blankets, windscreen blackout, portable heater, hook up leads and much more, all you need to just get in and drive.

Hiring rules

  • Pick up from 11am, drop off by 3pm.
  • No smoking inside the van.
  • Pets allowed upon application.
  • Festivals allowed upon application.
  • Hirer age restriction 2560.
  • Awning must be put back into its bag in a dry condition.
  • No freecamping.
  • No off/unsealed roads.
  • Travel distance is free up to 200 miles per day, beyond that will be charged at 30 pence per mile.
  • Van to be returned in a clean condition, or will incur a £50.00 cleaning fee.
  • In the event of an emergency/accident/breakdown, call Camplify on 03308081811/call the breakdown service provided to you/ call me 07867331969.
  • Damage must be reported immediately, who, where, when and what, please take pictures.
  • Camper to be returned full of fuel, vehicle will be full on collection.
  • Travel outside of the UK by agreement only.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van itself was exactly as described and Matthew could not have been more accommodating and helpful. We were complete campervan novices prior to this weekend and now we have the bug. We will definitely be booking again.
