Additional information

Minimum driver age 25 and maximum driver age 69. Sun Chaser is not permitted on beaches or untarred roads. Please keep to paved public roads throughout your trip. Sorry, no pets.

Hiring rules

  • No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Van must not be taken on beaches.
  • No smoking inside the van
  • No pets
  • Hirer age restrictions apply, (minimum age 24, max 75) please check with us first before booking
  • Awning can be provided at cost £50.00 per stay
  • Van must be returned cleaned or will incur a £30.00 fee
  • All hires include a full tank of diesel fuel upon departure and must be returned back with full tank.
  • Pick up from 1pm Drop back by 12pm.
  • Travel distance (radius from base) limits
  • Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately.
  • If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 /call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you or call me!
  • Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • Long trips Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 miles a day included in the normal booking price. Additional miles will be charged .30p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
  • Hirer must be 24 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
