Your car can be left safely on our drive for the duration of your trip.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking inside the van.
  • Van supplied full of fuel; please return full of fuel. £2.00 fee per litre if returned not full.
  • Return van in the clean condition you collected it in. A cleaning fee of £50.00 will be charged if the van is returned in an unfit state.
  • Van will be supplied with cutlery and crockery. Any missing/damaged items will incur a fee
  • Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
  • Please note there is not a gas bottle supplied
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
