If you choose to travel by car, you can leave it safely with us in off-road parking while you're away. If you to travel by train, both Oxenholme Station and Kendal Station are within a 10min taxi ride to our base.

Hiring rules

- Fuel Up: Please return the campervan with a full tank of fuel. PLEASE NOTE: An administration charge of £25.00, plus the cost of the missing fuel will be deducted from your Security Deposit if the Vehicle is returned with the tank less than full.
- Cleanliness is Key: We pride ourselves on providing a clean and comfortable experience. Kindly return the campervan in the same clean condition as when your hire began. PLEASE NOTE: You must pay an additional charge, if the Vehicle requires more than our standard cleaning on its return to restore it to its prerental condition this fee will be £35.00.
- Drive with Care: The journey is as important as the destination. Please drive carefully and plan your routes before setting off. Remember, it's about the adventure, not the speed!
- No Smoking: For the comfort of all our adventurers, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the campervan.
- Pets: While we love our furry friends, please consult with us before bringing pets on board to ensure the comfort of future hirers.
- Stay Informed: Always check and adhere to local camping and parking regulations. It's essential to respect the communities and environments we visit.
- Report Damages: Accidents happen! If anything breaks or malfunctions, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it for you and future adventurers.
- Limit OffRoad Adventures: Our campervan is designed for standard roads. Avoid rough terrains or offroad paths to ensure the vehicle's longevity and your safety.
- Stay Connected: In case of any emergencies or questions, always keep our contact details handy. We're here to help and ensure you have a smooth journey.

Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
