Hiring rules
- No smoking
- Must empty and clean toilet before returning
- Use nappy sacks for toilet paper so as not to clog the toilet cartridge
- Open bathroom roof vent when showering and ensure no water escapes out of the shower when in use to prevent damp.
- Roof vent open above kitchen when cooking to let humidity out and open windows for a while in the mornings to air it through and let any overnight condensation out
- Use ramps and jockey wheel to level not the corner stabilizers
- If things dont open easy you're doing it wrong and will break it the only exception being the wardrobe with very strong magnets
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
