  Brilliant time! The van was spacious, clean and really handy. There was so much storage and all the amenities one could want. It was easy to drive and a joy to be in. Loved it! Sam and Deidre are ace hosts. Ill be booking again!

  We recently had the pleasure of renting a caravan through Camplify with my wife, and I must say, it was an overall nice experience. From the get-go, the caravan was handed over to us in clean conditions, which was greatly appreciated. It was evident that the owners took great care in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring everything was in order. What is more, they kindly spend an hour explaining all the caravan features and systems. One of the standout features was the completeness of the kitchen utensils and equipment provided. And the thoughtful addition of tea for some mornings was a delightful touch. Although bedding sheets were not included, they graciously offered sleeping bags and mattresses for the adults sleeping in the rooftop area. The caravan itself performed exceptionally well throughout our journey. It was easy to handle, even on winding and steep roads, and surprisingly powerful. The size was just right, providing ample space and comfort for our group of four adults. In terms of improvements, I would suggest clearer coordination of collection/return times and locations to avoid misunderstandings, based on our own experience. Additionally, while we did encounter a minor issue with the gas cylinder running out, the owners reimbursed us for the replacement cost once the caravan was returned, showing their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend renting from Camplify, as it is a good mediator and cover includes insurance and guarantees of a fait deal. We're grateful for the warmth and hospitality shown by the owners, including their thoughtful gesture of providing maps for the area we were exploring. It truly enhanced our camping experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire a California Caravan again in the future.
