Hiring rules
- No Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the campervan. A cleaning fee will be applied if this rule is broken.
- No Pets
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the campervan. This helps us maintain a clean and allergenfree space for all customers.
- Cleaning Charge
- A £30.00 cleaning charge will be applied if the campervan is not returned in a clean and tidy condition.
- Fuel Policy
- The campervan is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to do so will result in refueling charges at a higher rate.
- Sink Waste
- Please ensure the sink waste tank is emptied before returning the campervan. A charge may apply if this is not done.
- No Wild Camping
- Wild camping is not permitted. Please use designated campsites for overnight stays.
- NonEU Travel
- The campervan is not permitted to travel outside of the EU. If you plan to visit specific countries, please check with us in advance.
- Mileage Allowance
- Your rental includes 100 miles per day. Any additional miles will be charged at £1.00 per mile.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.

- Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
