Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We hired a campervan from Matthew and couldnt have had a better experience! The van was spotless, really comfortable, and the perfect size for me and my boyfriend. Matthew was super friendly and took the time to show us around the van and explain how everything worked, which made the whole trip so easy. We took it along the Causeway Coastal Route and had the best time, it was the perfect way to explore. Would 100% recommend and definitely hire again!
