Hiring rules

No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins
No smoking inside
Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises/leaving the van/overnight
Pickup 3pm / dropoff 12pm.
No freecamping
£50.00 per hour for late return.
What to do in the event of an emergency e.g. EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me.
What to do if damage occurs e.g. DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
Limits on mileage. LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 miles a day with a maximum of 1000 miles included in the normal booking price. After 1000 miles, you will be charged .45p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
CLEANING Clean the equipment and van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From £110.00 per day
Service fee: £10.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
