Hiring rules
- No smoking inside the van.
- Van supplied full of fuel; please return full of fuel. £2.00 fee per litre if returned not full.
- Return van in the clean condition you collected it in. A cleaning fee of £50.00 will be charged if the van is returned in an unfit state.
- Van will be supplied with cutlery and crockery. Any missing/damaged items will incur a fee.
- Camping chairs available for hire up £5.00 each.
- Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
