Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jennifer 5.0Collecting and dropping the van off was made so easy by Gillian, the van was spotless when we picked it up. Absolutely every little thing had been thought through, there was nothing extra we had to bring with us. The wee welcome pack was such a lovely touch also. Would highly recommend renting this van, both van and Gillian were excellent !
