• The vehicles are not to be hired for:
• Use as a van (e.g. moving possessions, materials, rubbish etc.)
• Any business or commercial use including subletting or “hire and reward”
• Any races, challenges, organised vehicle events or time trials
• In hiring a vehicle you are agreeing to:
• Use the vehicle within the geographic bounds of your agreement (e.g Peak District, UK or limited European use as per your rental agreement)
• Use the vehicle only on marked and paved roads (other than within campsites or defined camping areas)
• Vehicles must not be driven on:
• “Green lanes” / Byways open to all traffic
• Closed roads
• Offroad routes
• Beaches or tidal areas with the exception of tidal crossings (e.g. Holy Island) as long as the vehicle is driven only when the crossing is designated as open
• Insurance will not cover any loss or damage caused if the vehicle is driven or parked in the areas listed above and any costs and damages incurred will need to be covered by the renter.
• Vehicle Care and Cleaning
• In hiring a vehicle we ask you to take good care of the vehicle and treat it as if it was your own. Please drive carefully and try and avoid unnecessary damage from things like pot holes and speed humps as well as taking care when manoeuvring down country lanes with hedgerows and restricted space.
• Please take care of the inside of the vehicles and try not to walk in with muddy boots or get the interior wet or dirty. If the vehicle is returned with a considerable amount of dirt or mud then there will be an extra £50.00 inc VAT/hour cleaning fee due from the vehicle deposit. We don’t expect the vehicles to be immaculate when they are returned but we request that:
• Rubbish is removed
• Fridge is emptied
• Sink, fridge and surfaces are wiped down
• Plates, cups and pans are all washed up and returned to their stowages.

• Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
