Hiring rules

• Insurance:
• Minimum 21 years old with 2 years driving experience and Maximum driver age is 75 years old. If you don't hold a UK or EU licence, please let me know what licence you do have when making the booking request so that I can check it with my insurer in case they specify any special conditions. All hirers must provide two proof of address documents on collection dated within 90 days of the hire as well as having your licence with you (council tax statements, telephone, gas, water bills and bank statements are all examples of acceptable proof of address documents).
• Rules:
• No smoking inside the van
• No pets
• festivals allowed
• Hirer age restrictions (21 and 2 years driving experience)
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• Standard pickup / dropoff times are 3pm 11am
• Limits on mileage (perhire)
• Travel distance 500 Miles on a 5 day hire
• Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
• Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately by calling me
• Long trips hires over 7 days Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 miles a day with a maximum of 1000 miles included in the normal booking price. After 1000 miles, you will be charged .45p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
• Fuel Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• Cleaning Clean the equipment and interior

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

  Fantastic- thoroughly recommend a holiday booked via James. Stan the Van was brilliant and as described - he made it over Bealach Na Ba pass no trouble ;) we had a great week in the highlands, James communication was amazing - thank you

  We very much enjoyed our time with Stan. It had everything we needed, from plates and a pan to cutlery, and came with a practical arrangement of the space. It even comes with an outdoor table and chairs. Despite a few days and nights with crazy wind and rain, we were cost and comfortable inside and very warm with the good duvets. It was our firts time in a campervan and we loved it so mych that we will certainly do it again.
