The battery is charged up when the engine is running so if you are touring/sight-seeing you have no need to worry about the battery going flat. If you are not using to travel we advise you to run the engine to save you from draining the battery completely every few days. In addition to the separate leisure battery we have mains hook up which can be used to run the low energy LED lighting, USB sockets and 230v points. We provide a hook-up lead for you. This camper van is very economical, easy to drive and is great fun whether you are travelling through cities or out in the countryside. Our insurance covers drivers over 25 years old with a full UK driving licence which has been held for at least 2 full years. We include RAC breakdown cover. We are pet friendly but ask you keep your pets off the seats! This van is fully cleaned before and after all hires, to ensure that your van is COVID clean and safe, we use an anti-bacterial cleaner and steamer to sanitise all surfaces. All floors, seats and cushions will be cleaned as well. A full inventory and vehicle inspection will be carried out when you collect the vehicle and when you return, any damage or missing items will be deducted from your deposit. We ensure it is clean, tidy and fresh for you upon collection so please ensure you return him in the same condition. Collection is from 3pm with drop off by 11am. If you need to amend these times please contact us in advance and we will try our best to accommodate. Please arrive at least an hour before you wish to depart to be able to allow for enough time to go through the inventory report and to conduct a full inspection of the vehicle where everything will be detailed with photographs and you will be required to sign a copy. In advance of the hire we will need a photocopy of your driver’s licence and two proofs of ID from each driver UK licences Documentation to retain from each driver: 1. PH must see the original and collect a copy of the photocard drivers’ licence (Address & ID must be up to date) 2. Online DVLA licence check - only UK driving licences. 3. Two forms of proof of address (address must match the drivers licence) 4. Cleared a traceable nominal security deposit (Bank Transfer) 5. Signed rental agreement (Please ask for a copy to be emailed to you) The following documentation is acceptable for proof of address alongside one Utility Bill/Statement: (Must be dated within 90 days of the hire date) Utilities • Gas • Electric • Water • TV/internet/landline telephone bill (Including Sky/Virgin/BT etc) • Council tax bill/statement Secondary Proof • Bank or Credit Statement • Credit card bill • Mortgage statement Driver criteria: 1. All drivers must have held a full licence for a minimum of 24 months 2. All drivers must be aged between 25-75 3. Drivers can have up to 6 points on their licence (providing they are two minor offences) 4. Drivers can have no more than one fault or non-fault claim within the last 5 years Please be aware that should the government impose another lock down, we will allow for you to defer any booked dates and choose new alternative dates.

• Standard pickup / dropoff times are 3pm 11am
• Limits on mileage 100 perday
• European travel by prior approval.
• No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins.
• Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
• Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Long trips Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 750 miles per week. After 750 miles, you will be charged .45p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
• Fuel Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• Cleaning Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Travelled to Outer Hebrides for 12 days. Van was extremely efficient on motorways and very manageable on smaller single track lanes in Scotland. For single travellers this is a perfect all encompassing Van, very easy to set up and pack up, extremely cosy and warm at night. Costs about £80 to fill up with diesel but good for just under 600 miles on a full tank. Absolutely loved my campervan experience and would recommend it unreservedly. Ash and Angie are extremely thorough and professional and would have no hesitation in booking with them again.
