1. ✅ Minimum hire: 3 nights
2. 🪪 Driver age: 25–70 years, with a full UK or EU licence held for at least 3 years
3. 👥 Additional drivers: Must be preapproved via Camplify and meet the same criteria
4. ⛽ Fuel: Return with a full tank (same as at collection) — refuelling charge applies if not
5. 🧽 Cleaning: Return clean inside and tidy — £50.00 cleaning fee if excessive cleaning required
6. 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle
7. 🐶 Pets: Allowed only with prior approval (extra cleaning charge may apply)
8. 🎪 Events & festivals: Not permitted unless agreed in writing before the trip
9. 🛣️ Road use: No offroad, unsealed, or restricted roads
10. 🌍 Travel: UK only — no overseas or ferry travel without prior written consent
11. 📏 Mileage: 150 miles per day included; £0.45 per additional mile
12. 🕐 Late returns: £25.00 per hour after 11:00 AM unless agreed in advance
13. 💥 Accidents & damage: Must be reported immediately via Camplify
14. 🚽 Toilet & waste: Must be emptied and cleaned before return
15. 💡 Appliances: Please switch off gas, water, and electrics before dropoff and any drive.
16. 🧾 Insurance & ID: Drivers must provide licence, DVLA check code, and proof of address before hire.

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
