However, one of us is 6ft 1in and has never had any issues with the length. Additional Info: - Collection 3pm, drop off 11am. I can be flexible on collection and drop-off times. Let me know if you need anything outside the norm and I’ll see what I can do! Additional charges may apply. - Vehicle walk-through and guide provided on pick up - Free off-road parking available if driving to collect. - Enquire about local public transport collection or local delivery. - Cleaning fee applies for all Festival booking, other bookings only charged if van not returned as collected. - Fuel - full to full (unless you opt for ‘Drop and Go’.) - Water policy is usually empty to empty for fuel economy reasons, but a full tank can be arranged for a small additional fee. - LPG – Full to Full. (Unless you opt for ‘Drop and Go’.) - Toilet – Clean and chemically full to Clean and empty. Value £230.00+ Charges and Penalties: • LPG tank not full - £25.00 + cost of LPG • Diesel tank not full - £50.00 + cost of Fuel • Toilet not clean and emptied - £100.00 • Additional Cleaning Fee - £50.00 • Late fee - £50.00 + £10.00 per additional hour • Items missing from inventory – Value + £10.00 • Any careless behaviour I.e. stains on furnishings, chips to paint, scratches or damage to the floor, bathroom, kitchen, or appliances - starts from £100.00

Hiring rules

• • Festival use is accepted and encouraged! Note, an additional festival/cleaning fee of £50.00 is applied to all festival bookings. The late fee will be strictly adhered too unless the festival pack, including the late fee waiver is selected. Festival carparks and traffic are busy and unpredictable, and I need to make sure insurance is in place for your full rental period and plan my day around the van hand over.
• • outdoor/muddy shoes to be removed when walking around the van
• • awning tie down straps must be used in all weather, and awning must be taken down in all non ideal weather.
• • 1 night bookings are accepted but maybe subject to an additional charge.
• • the extractor fan is best used on low at all times, but must be used and turned up when cooking or showering.
• • it is politely requested that guests try to cook bacon/sausage/meat/burgers on the BBQ outside where possible – it keeps the van smelling fresh and grease free for your trip and those who stay after you!
• • Strictly no smoking
• • Pets are at our discretion, please enquire at booking
• • Van key has a ‘tile’, renters are requested to download the app to help prevent key miss haps!
• • Minimum age for GoBoony insurance is 25. If you are 21 or over and can get insured via Adrian Flux (see below), get in touch and we can sort something out.
• • a copy of full UK licence, proof of fully comp insurance and break down cover required (covered as standard with goboony).
• • 1000 miles per 7 days included. 7+ days each day capped at 142 miles. Additional miles charged at 0.50p per mile.

  Ambers van is amazing and very easy to use. Its got everything you need and the van is very easy to drive/live in. We thoroughly enjoyed having the van while we completed the NC500. We had no issues and if we needed any extra information, Amber was very quick to respond via text which was very much appreciated.
