Hiring rules

• Please ensure you read and follow the welcome book provided.
• Pick up 1pm and drop off 1pm unless otherwise agreed.
• No smoking please.
• Please return the campervan with a clean interior, a £25.00 cleaning fee may apply if you do not.
• Maximum 1000 miles per week, pro rata for shorter bookings. Additional miles are charged at 32p per mile.
• You must ensure the vehicle is properly locked and secured when left unsupervised. The keys must not be left in the ignition at any time when the vehicle is not in motion.
• We will provide a full tank of diesel at the beginning of your hire period. Please return the vehicle with a full tank. If you return the vehicle with less than a full tank then there will be a £25.00 charge, plus the cost of refuelling.
• All accidents and damage must be reported immediately. All important information pertaining to any accidents must be given including; names, addresses, insurance details and vehicle information for any third parties involved. Photos and videos should be provided where possible.
• You will be responsible for all costs of repair, and or replacement as necessary in relation to damage to windscreen, keys, tyres and punctures.
• You will be liable for any speeding, parking, congestion charges and any other offences committed under the Road Traffic Act 1988 or traffic regulations.
• We will use all reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle is available at the agreed date and time. If this is not possible, we will offer a full refund. Our liability is limited to a full refund and the hirer will have no further claims.
• Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
