Hiring rules
- No offroad. Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins.
- No smoking inside the van
- Pets only upon application
- Family friendly festivals allowed
- Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises/leaving the van/overnight
- Flexible pick up and drop off
- No freecamping
- Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
- Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- Mileage We offer 100 miles per day on average with a .20p per additional mile fee.
- Fuel Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- Cleaning Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a £50.00 charge.
- Gas Cylinder usage included in the rental
- Parking we no longer have free parking in our neighbourhood. If you want to leave your car, you will need to book a parking space with Just Park.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
