EthelMay 5.0The day after we returned Coco home. Lying in bed missing campervan Coco already. No fresh air walking to the toilet blocks. Experience was great. Colin provided all the info we needed to drive and set up coco in advance and on you tube video. Remember there is also a booklet in van. On the last 2 points my husband was confident he could recall everything. As a result we had a very comfortable first night pitch but without electricity. Colin did give helpful advise including changing fuse. First thing husband did in the morning was watch you tube video and we were all sorted not only on that but how to fix windscreen blackout properly. Do always watch the video! We are familiar from our youthful years on camping so we quickly got into a routine on everything. Given it was autumn and lots of rain and wind hitting Scotland and England from the west we choose to go to an area missing most of that. Morayshire in the North East and close to landscapes we both like.. the Cairgorms and the coast. We were travelling without bikes( Coco has no bike carrier) so also needed to be near public transport as we wanted to start walking the Speyside way. Chose Burnside Caravan Park, Fochabers. It was a fairly large site with well positioned pitches for campervan. We were the sole occupants for 2 nights. Facilities well appointed on site with a walk down to the and along the burn. Indoor children and club facilities too. Dogs welcome on a lead. Helen met us and was very helpful when we were having issues with power. She lives on site. A very short walk into the beautiful village of Fochabers with 3 buses regularly passes through for Inverness Aberdeen, Coastal towns or inland to Huntly and Keith. Fochabers is home of the Gordon's and Baxters food company. First day we took a bus to Buckiie and walked backed to Fochabers. We ate in the favoured village Hotel..Gordon. for 2 nights. There are 2 other hotels, a fish and chip shop and a pizza take away. Our next stay the following day was Granton on Spey on a large and very busy site. Dogs welcome on lead. We booked in advance as you had a choice of pitch standard. We were met timeously and driven by buggy to a large pitch with good WIFI. Coco was pitched up alongside many Van's. However all good.Faciliyies close by were again very clean and included a games room. Along from the site is Pagoda, it has an open mic night serving hot food which locals as well as campers use. Food was simple but good. We were the only guests eating. Everyone was enjoying pie and beans next door along with the entertainment. Grantwn on Spey has many facilities but if eating in suggest you book on line...Pufgin restaurant very popular. Our second day was a touring day. We arrived in Grantown on Spey, via Banff Cullen ( lots of tiny streets)and Aberlour. Great places to visit all along the coast. Lots of suitable parking. We also enjoyed our visit to Aberlour. We past 6 distilleries on our travels but did not visit. However Aberlour has a great Whisky hotel, down at the Spey next to public car park and they also have whisky gallery on the Main Street.. I was told the cooperage was a great place to visit but declined that too. Aberlour is home of Walkers shortbread too. On travelling home we visited the Cairngorm ski lift and Coco coped very well with steep gradients. We couldn't fault Coco or the facilities Colin had provided on board. Everything clean, everything you could need for all weathers, instructions for use, pitching and packing up all very clear. Coco was very comfortable to sleep in and easy to drive. A great experience. I would recommend. Colin thank you.

John 5.0Van was brilliant, as was the trip to isle of Raasay. Colin was excellent throughout and would definitely hire from him again.
Mark 5.0We had a great time. The awning was really useful as it was 3 adults and a large dog
Karen 5.0We had a fantastic week touring Arran, Ballachulish, Arisaig, Mallaig and Glencoe in Coco. As a first time campervan hirer, I found the van great to drive, fully kitted out with everything we needed and a perfect size for my son and I. We would love to hire Coco again!

Adam 5.0Really good experience. Colin went through everything prior to our trip and provided us videos of how to use the camper. Communication was clear. Campervan was clean and ran smoothly
