THE IMPORTANT STUFF: - Before accepting your booking please make sure you adhere to all our hiring rules. - We will need to discuss your level of driving experience and you will need to provide your driver's licenses (for one/two drivers) and two proofs of address documentation for insurance purposes. - All routes/itinerary ideas and approximate mileage need to be discussed in advance before finalising your booking. - With a background in Tourism, I would be more than happy to suggest various route itineraries depending on where you wish to travel, what you wish to do, how much you wish to drive, and how long you wish to hire the van for. - Before you hire the van we will also have to agree on the collection and drop-off times, which ideally will be in daylight hours. - Collection time is from 3pm. Return time is before 11am. Early/Collection Fee is £50.00 respectfully. - If you wish to take the van to a festival, please enquire. Likewise, if you wish to take your dog with you, please let us know your dog's size, temperament, and breed for us to consider. - If we believe your route to be unsuitable, or you do not meet our hirer criteria, we reserve the right to deny your booking request.

Hiring rules

• Please read the following hiring criteria carefully. You must adhere to the following:
• The hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
• The hirer must have maintained a full, clean driving license for at least 2 years.
• The hirer must be able to provide a copy of the drivers’ license photo card ID (N.B. the address & ID must be up to date)
• An online license check will be carried out on your driving license information, as DVLA license checks can only be carried out on driving licenses issued from the mainland UK.
• The hirer must provide two copies of proof of address (matching the driving license address) from two separate sources e.g. utility bills, council tax bill, tenancy agreement, bank statement, payslip, etc.
• Before enquiring please note:
• There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the van.
• No offroad driving is allowed.
• Standard collection time is after 3pm. Standard drop off return time is by 11am.
• An early collection and late return fee applies. Early collection is £50.00. Late return is £50.00.
• The van is a perfect mode of transport and accommodation allinone for your UKbased road trips. Each road trip itinerary will need to be discussed before the rental is agreed upon, please enquire.
• We have various suggested road trip itineraries for your van rental with us, please enquire.
• Festivals will be considered, please enquire.
• Pets are not welcome, apologies.
• Discounts are available for longer bookings, please enquire.
• Full instructions and a van tour will be given upon collection and a van condition check will be undertaken on return of the van.
• The hirer must return the van as clean as possible, back to the condition it was collected in, or an additional cleaning fee will apply.
• The van must be cleaned thoroughly inside and washed externally before its return.
• The van must be returned with the same amount of fuel that it was collected with (a full tank of diesel).
