  Après quelques minutes de prises en main, le bouton de vitre de gauche ne fonctionnait pas et le moteur de vitre de droite ne fermait plus la fenêtre entièrement. L'abitacle avait des traces de degoulinures sur les plastique donc déçu de la propreté. Nous avions convenu avec le loueur de nous réceptionné avec le van à l'aéroport, pareil pour le retour. Le matin avant d'arriver, il nous préviens qu'il ne pourra pas nous retrouver à l'aéroport et nous donne une adresse où nous rendre en taxi pour récupéré le van. Soit, un contre temps, cela peut arriver. En revanche, les pneus avant du van étaient lisses et les rétroviseurs tenaient quasiment pas. Donc l'état du van était décevant par rapport à la description. Cerise sur le gâteau, lors de la restitution (16h à l'aeroport), je lui ai confirmé à 13h30 notre terminal à l'aéroport. Finalement, il nous dit que le mieux serait de restitué le van à l'adresse ou nous l'avons cherché. Sauf que ce changement n'était pas prévu dans notre programme. Au final, nous avons du laissé le véhicule à l'aéroport sans voir personne car le fameux Marcus qui finalement a signé James lors de nos derniers échanges n'avait pas prévu de venir chercher le van à l'heure convenu. Nous avons pu testé le concept de van life mais déçu par le loueur qui ne voit dans cette location qu'un moyen de se faire de l'argent sans proposer un véhicule propre et qui fonctionne avec des pneus sécuritaire. Si nous renouvelons ce mode de vacances, nous nous tournerons vers des professionnels beaucoup plus fiable!

  We had a great time in Nellie. She drove us to North Wales and Oxfordshire no problems. With the windows down and the air flowing we could chill out and explore the countryside. Spot lights in the van make the night times a doddle too. They were really helpful and always quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and will be in touch in the future for a festival wknd I'm sure!

  Had the van for 5 days. It is a great camper. Storage is out of this world. Communication from the lads was on point from when you pay the deposit up until when you bring back the van. They also arranged where I could drop off my car when I picked the van. Highly recommend.

  Just been on a 7 day Scotland trip in Nellie the VW T5 Camper and had the best time! We hired Nellie through Camplify which was so easy to do and understand. Then nearer the time communication with the Jams Vans duo (James & Marcus) was just amazing with thorough details of what was supplied and what we needed. Nellie was equipped with so many facilities and had just been updated inside providing plenty of storage and van quirks. Double hob, sink, cool box and very comfy rock n roll pull down bed. A new Android Auto / Apple Play system had been installed which was great for Sat Navin around the Highlands! She drove us a very long way and was great to get around the twisty roads of the Scottish highlands. We absolutely would recommend using Jams Vans for your UK trips and adventures.
