A full gas bottle is included in the hire. WiFi included subject to 5G coverage Any lost keys will be charged as per the replacement cost. Violet is also fitted with an alarm to ensure your personal belongings are secure.

Hiring rules

• Not available to hire for festivals, if on arrival the booking is for a festival, the hire becomes void and NO refund will be given.
• Violet is a NO smoking caravan, any sign of smoking will incur a deep clean charge from the bond of £250.00
• A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed upon prior agreement to the rental commencing and incurs an additional charge of £30.00 for cleaning following the hire.
• The toilet and waste water must be emptied during your hire and at the end of the rental
• The water container must also be emptied at the end of the rental
• The fridge must be emptied and all rubbish removed
• All damages, including minor, must be reported and paid for to discuss/avoid charges being taken from the bond
• All equipment is to be washed properly and the caravan cleaned, including emptying the bins, waste water and toilet cassette, or a cleaning charge of £250.00 will be taken from the bond
• You are responsible for the caravan and all items contained within, please ensure that all items i.e. chairs and tables are stored in the caravan when not in use to prevent being stolen.
• Minimum delivery charge of £50.00

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Michelle and Scott were very helpful and set up the caravan up where we wanted it on the site. The caravan was very clean and tidy and has every thing you need , just bring your own bedding. Communication was very good and easy to arrange set up and pick up. We would Highly recommend violet. Violet is a very luxurious caravan and a pleasure to stay in.

  Lovely caravan, extremely clean, and well set up/equipped. Owners really go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need and are lovely people to deal with. Would highly recommend.

  Violet was a lovely caravan with all the mod cons and glad we hired the awning as we have 2 young children, so eating outside was better than inside! It was very pretty with the lights that had been strung up in the awning. If we had had electric hook-up, this would have been a great experience. Unfortunately we didnt and we didnt realise that we should have told the owners before hiring the caravan. Sadly the fridge wouldnt work, despite everyones best efforts to get it working with gas, which caused quite a lot of stress and food that had to be thrown away. Michelle & Scott were always available on the phone. They are great. Highly recommend.

  We only had Violet outside our house for a couple of nights as overspill accommodation, but it was spotlessly clean and well equipped, and super-luxurious. Michelle and Scott were great, delivering and collecting on time and providing plenty of helpful advice. Would definitely like to book Violet again for a proper holiday.
