Note; Toaster and Kettle available , low wattage £10.00 per booking for both (wear and Tear costs) **Option 5 - Mobile Unlimited Data Internet WIFI - Daily Fee of £5.00:** - Stay connected with WIFI during your trip **Option 6 - Fitness Equipment Package:** - Strength and Conditioning equipment available - Weighted equipment includes skipping ropes, Indian Power Club, kettlebell, dumbbells, training vest For those active ones out there ? if you would like to maintain your fitness ! then it can be facilitated. I am a fully Qualified Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor with packages available through also . More so if you are having at least a week away i suppose. The Equipment here is ideal for Strength and Conditioning , HIT work outs sessions of 15 - 30 to 40 minutes. None weight also. Fitness Equipment , some unique items most of these also expensive . So wear and tear need to factor in. Also weight getting them to you also. The weighted equipment will need to be stored in your vehicle or a tent locked away is fine. (Absolutely not in the Tear Drop Pod e or storage box, heavy items ) Skipping ropes weighted x2 available £3.50 each the entire booking. A Stainless Steel Indian Power club 15 kg £10.00 the entire booking Ideal if you want to try , research online Indian Power Club Techniques, History , origins , uses and of course You tube 1 20KG Kettle bell £10.00 entire booking 1 set of Dumbbell's 15kg each total 30KG £10.00 entire booking and finally, beast mode ! my tactical Black camouflaged high quality 30KG Training vest (cost £270.00 ) So it wont be the cheapest rental in respect of such but will do the for the entire booking minimum 1 week booking this piece of equipment . £50.00 per booking , being taken off , thrown around etc wear and tear. Locked even a quick nip in to a shop. they will be gone. unless you want a £230.000 hole in your pocket 1 bike replacing it. The batteries after using the ebikes , charge unless handing back over. Usually take 5 hrs to fully charge. on charging the charging light will be Red , on completion fully charged., green light. Do not overcharge eg leave them unattended during charging periods. You want to charge them in Stitches and Steel ? , no problem , but under no circumstances leave them and go off out for the day. I would certainly like another, lovely to ride absolute fun on 2 wheels , cool also , very Waterproof to an extent , please do not drive this bike through puddles, avoid them. This bike has never let me down 100% 57 milers regular 46 milers 4 times a week , that's' with 2 batteries not 1. The coolest electric bike on the market. A cross between a motorcycle and electric bike but totally road legal without a license. Made from top quality components including a solid aluminium frame, huge 20 inch fat tyres and Shimano 7 speed gearbox. The motor is a powerful BAFANG 48V and the battery is a 48V 10.4Ah for extra range. This Bike i have tried and tested I have tested this bikes extensively they are not really an off road bike . Full Equipment and safety equipment will be provided for the Kayaks. A map of the chosen location Kayaking , a briefing on the rules of the the waterways in question given and explained. I Will insure the Kayaks have licences ,, the crafts themselves if needed. Option 10 Bike Carrier Tow bar , 2 and 3 bike rentals £75.00 1 day to 1 week same price, Universal 13 pin with 7 pin adapter available . You will require a number plate from (Halfords. Hiring rules

• Minimum 48hrs booking notice required .
• Rules for tear drop and camper van 100% no smoking in them.
• No smoking in the pod
• No cooking in the pod
• Cleaning fees will apply through damage from spills and stains .
• Clean the pod it will arrive clean so please return it this way.
• No vaping unless window and door open .
• First aid kit included , fees to replace items if used.
• Fire extinguisher provided fee if used replacement cost .
• Please do not enter the Pod e Cub with muddy footwear , remove 1st.
• Please note, our add on activity packages rentals. i will have in place, terms and conditions including Contract Hire for Kayaks, Ebikes , Mountain Bikes , probably the fitness equipment also and the Tow bar bike carrier. I will also have a booking system set up independently for this.
• For such activities, Medical clearance will be required to signed off and no liability to A!sparta through such rentals services.
• A policy will be created inline with T & T's Hire agreement.
• Kayak Guidance Health and Safety your welfare and safety is paramount at all times.
• So around such if you have not Kayaked before i will under no circumstances be renting you out a kayak. Over 18' s only and with a 25 years old minimum around Stitches and steal age rental inline with that.
• However not this time of year perhaps next in 2025 i could always complete the necessary courses and do some guides for non kayak users. . Having good experience already many countries.
• So the good news is ?
• If you have not kayaked before , fear not. Included in the price drop off , pick up. As long as this is preplanned and arranged in ample time . I will accompany you at no extra cost. Myself extensive experience around the globe, both Kayaks , canoes and other craft that others wouldn't even go there in dangerous waters. That includes the UK, Europe way back, Tropical environments , , estuaries, tidel , Delta;'s , mangroves , oceans , coastlines ,Gulfs , rivers , lakes , white water also back n the day
• I am a open water Padi Rescue Diver also . I just need to redo my !st aid bring it active again about 280+ scuba dives , wreck dives and lots of stuff.
• My other stipulation is , a normal one. That you can actually Swim. If you cannot even with safety equipment .
• This would not be entertained at all. Just being honest.

• Fitness equipment to be locked away and the Folding Bike in your vehicle preferably.
• I have a Storage tent for the bikes , it's perfect you can. chain the bikes together no problem in it. ( A small fee to use it will discuss. Have to protect the bikes from the elements and all.
• Package options 1 to 3 (amenities) just because they are highlighted does not mean they are free.
• Option 1 some you et free but not the replaceable items hence the charge.
• Option 2 is a full on kitchen wear and cooking requirement. a1 fee per booking ( High quality all)
