Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Emma 5.0This was a fantastic caravan and excellent customer service. Caravan was spacious, clean and in excellent condition. Luke was really quick to respond to queries and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. If we go away again next year we will definitely book through Luke again.
