The Golden Osprey is a high specification caravan offering a lovely airy space, perfectly large enough for a young family, coupled with our premium market stance including everything you should need except your food, bedding and clothing. You will turn up on site every bit a caravanner, erect the awning to provide maximum space and enjoy cooking just like the rest of the campsite, on the gas BBQ before tucking into the welcome pack treats straight from the farm.

Additional information

Bed arrangement is one adult double (or two singles) and two bunk beds to the side, suitable for children up to 10 stone (60Kg) maximum. We recommend from our caravanning experience preparing meals before traveling to minimize the cooking time on the gas caravan oven. And remember all electrical appliances need to be low wattage or you won’t be popular with the site owner.

Hiring rules

  • We request that the toilet cassette and flush tank are both emptied before leaving the site along with the Grey water and aquaroll, this prevents spillages and keeps the caravan in as good condition as possible.
  • Please report any damages as soon as possible, don’t wait to return the caravan as knowing gives us time to replace or have necessary repair organized quickly on its return.
  • Damage caused through negligence of the hirer will be charged and we would not be responsible for any lost holiday or additional expenses.
  • In the event of a problem while you are away please contact us ASAP and we will arrange mobile engineers from the local area to attend, the hirer has no right to authorize any repair work on our property.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
  • Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
