Perfect condition with home comforts. Central Heating! Instant hot water 24/7 - All year round warmth and super comfortable camping. Fully working kitchen to include gas and electric hob, gas grill, gas oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster. Full height fridge plus freezer - less time spent supermarket shopping, more time holidaying! Central bathroom with separate shower/toilet - no need to walk through the bedroom to get to the toilet. Welcome to our 'Little bit of Luxury' Caravan. This is our family caravan that we would love for you to enjoy as much as we do. If you fall in love with our caravan and wish to hire, due to the overall length of the caravan plus the towing vehicle PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE BOOKING with the information of the campsite you wish to stay at. You will need to check if it is suitable to get such a large unit on the site. This is your responsibility to check. Regrettably, if we turn up and this is not possible to either get on the site or the pitch, no refund will be given. The caravan length is a twin axle (some sites do not accept twin, so please check) 26ft (8m) in length. A small porch awning is available for an additional cost 4 day booking @ £20 5 to 10 days booking @ £15 per night 11 days plus @ £12 per night If you cant find the information you are looking for on the booking page please message to ask. We have strict cleaning in place between bookings.

Sleeping arrangements possibilities (maximum of 4) - 1 x double bedroom Front room seating converts to 2 x single beds (maximum body length 130cm) or 1 x double bed. Linen can be arranged for all scenarios at additional charge. Delivery is calculated at .80p per mile from GL19 to destination x 4

  • *Hirer must clear the caravan of all belongings before arranged inspection/collection time.
  • *Hirer must ensure all outdoor furniture is left out for arranged inspection/collection time
  • *Hirer must empty the toilet and ensure the toilet is clean before arranged inspection/collection time.

  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Amy communicated throughout the booking and arrived on time with caravan set up on arrival, everything was provided including beer & prosecco in the fridge (lovely gesture) and everything operated as one would expect, very professional service and most definately reccomend . VERY IMPRESSIVE

    Nothing to fault with this hire. The owner was was very communicative and lovely to deal with. Drop off and pick up was very smooth. The caravan was perfect for the few days spent at a festival in August.
