-We will deliver to your chosen destination, and get you all set up, so you don't have to worry about anything other than planning your days, including installation of the awning. -At the end of your holiday, we will take the awning down, and after a final check, you can drive off and leave us to tow her home. -COVID 19 The van is disinfected thoroughly, cleaning supplies and hand wash provided. -You can cook and eat inside or outside! we have a 2 burner gas hob for outside use if required, at no additional cost -Inside, we have a 3 gas burner hob, along with an additional electric ring if you're on hook up. There is also a gas oven, and a microwave. Please note some amenities only work if you have electric hook-up. -The solar panel provides power to allow the toilet, fridge, control panel etc to run, but will NOT support the microwave and 3 pin sockets -Fridge with freezer compartment to store your ice for your gin & tonics, and a small amount of frozen food. - Cookware, wine glasses, plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery, utensils,tea, coffee and sugar - Eat dinner inside on our indoor seats with pull out table for 2, or use the larger dining table that is available. 2 outdoor camping chairs and an outdoor table included. -Easy assemble double bed, or 2 single beds if preferred. -Linen provided at a small additional charge -Storage: wardrobe with 2 large shelves situated in the bathroom, along with overhead cupboards. -Service fee - Covers the amenities, full disinfect, cleaning and small damages. -Extras - Ask for anything, and we will try to provide!

Hiring rules

• No smoking inside caravan or awning
• Please do not move the van at all once it has been sited
• Please check with your chosen site that awnings are allowed
• Toilet cassette to be emptied and cleaned at the end of holiday
• Caravan to be left clean and tidy by the hirer with all rubbish and food removed and fridge emptied
• Please take down the awning in the event of adverse weather
• Please check with your site that they allow your chosen delivery and collection times, as they do usually have fixed checkin/check out times.
• One gas bottle provided, but further bottle can be requested at an additional cost of £30.00. Please note that if you do not have electric hookup, you will use more gas

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
