*Please note that from Sep 23 we can only take bookings beginning and ending over weekends.* Available for drop off (1 Apr - 20 Sep) or on-site in Liss (all year round), Willow is a comfortable, stylish, and extremely practical caravan with enough room for a big family to enjoy a relaxing break. From seaside beach holidays to countryside retreats, Willow can be your home from home wherever you are thinking of staying. The internal space is flexible and we can tailor it for your stay. The side bunk beds have new made-to-measure foam mattresses which will be provided if you plan to use them as beds. An inflatable awning is available as an extra which provides a large adjacent living space. Although this is not available for the on site option, should you stay here with us there are outbuildings which can be used to store any extra items including bikes. If you stay on site, you will have the run of nearly an acre of mature gardens, which include a marquee for al fresco dining, and (at your risk) a trampoline and zip wire.

Drivers must hold a full UK, EU, EEA, Australian or New Zealand licence for at least 2 years. You can have up to 6 penalty points, with no major convictions, driving bans, and no more than 2 accidents in the past 3 years.

Additional information

On site in Liss , Willow can be hired for one night, but for delivery the minimum is 3 nights depending on distance. This will vary depending on how easy the journey is (motorway preferred). If you choose to hire the awning, we will also provide shelving, a shoe rack, a clothes drying rack and chairs and tables if you would like them; please select it before completing your booking. Willow has a highly effective heating system and a fully functioning shower enclosure so you can be as self-sufficient as you choose. Even if you're away from the power grid, the fridge can stay cold on gas, and for a couple of days the heating and shower can operate using the battery and gas as well. Each bunk has access to a light and USB socket, though for stays of longer than a few days you will need mains electricity, for which Willow is optimised. Fitted sheets for all beds will be provided as standard, and for a small extra charge we can provide all bedding and towels upon request - please select 'Linen' and 'Towels' when booking.

Hiring rules

We will do an internal and external walk around with all hirers and have them sign off on the condition prior to hiring and we will do the same at drop off. This way both the customer and ourselves can be sure the van is returned in the condition it was hired in.
Available for onsite holidays or delivery. No towing permitted.
Please inform us ASAP if any defects will need fixing before the van is used again, so we can make arrangements for repair.
Please do not smoke inside the caravan or the awning. If smoking outside please ensure you are downwind.
For campsite use, please empty the toilet and flush the cassette prior to collection. (For on site hire, this will be done by the owner. An internal toilet in our house is also available 24/7).
An inflatable awning is available for use in campsites if required, please select it at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
