Set in a fixed natural woodland setting, with the added bonus of on site facilities including shower and toilet block. Fully kitted out with plates, crockery, pots, pans and linen and towells. Great base for exploring the beautiful villages and towns on the east Suffolk coast, such as Southwold, Dunwich and Aldeburgh.

Hot air central Heating. Hot & cold running water c/w water pump, Roller barrel connected to a tap, for a constant water supply. Central galley kitchen with 3 way Fridge, Gas Hob including 4 gas rings. Single sink with drainer, shower, toilet, vanity basin & wardrobe. Front lounge accommodation accommodates 2 single beds or a double bed. Rear area fixed Double bed with privacy curtain. Window/door/ceiling lights, and black out blinds and fly screens.

Service fee: £20.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
