Hiring rules

  • We want you to have a fantastic time, but please note the following house rules:
  • No pets allowed
  • No smoking or vaping inside the motorhome
  • Avoid using the awning in storms or high winds
  • Please remove outside shoes before entering
  • Report any damage immediately
  • To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
  • Empty the waste water tank
  • Clean and pack away outdoor furniture
  • Remove all rubbish
  • It is very important that you clean and empty the toilet cassette. There will be a £50.00 charge if this is not done
  • You’ll receive the motorhome with a full tank of diesel, so please return it full. We ask that the motorhome is returned clean and tidy (cleaning supplies are provided). A £75.00 fee will be charged if the motorhome is not returned in the condition it was received.
  • Important to Note:
  • Minimum hire age: 30 years
  • Driver requirements: Valid driving licence and proof of address
  • Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
