Additional information

Teulu has a fixed double bed to the rear with privacy screen. A drop down double bed in the lounge area, and the seats in the lounge convert to another double bed to sleep 6 people comfortably. There is a large secure rear garage, with both internal and external access, perfect for active couples families or groups of friends. Other internal features include gas hob, sink, fridge freezer, microwave,toilet and shower and 24inch TV with Netflix & Prime. There is also a selection of games and cards for use when our great British weather stops your outside adventure. Everything you need for cooking, eating and drinking is supplied for you. An outdoor gas or electric cooker and furniture is included with the hire, allowing for alfresco dining during those summer evenings. Teulu comes with a wind out awning providing shade during warm summer days. We have another attachable awning (Additional cost of £30.00). giving you an addtional room for outdoor cooking and lounging around. Which attaches to the motorhome awning (see photos above). We are able to offer off road parking for 1 vehicle while you are away on your adventures. We are located (5 minutes from J32 on the M4)

Hiring rules

• Teulu is our family home from home, so please do not smoke inside the motorhome, or in any of the awnings
• Teulu can be taken to Europe with prior agreement (additional charge £50.00) please note the van is GPS tracked.
• You can take Teulu to any festival to ensure you enjoy the event in luxury accomodation (Festival fee £50.00)
• Teulu will have a full tank of diesel on pick up, and hirer must fill tank to full on return. If the vehicle is returned with fuel missing, a charge of £10.00 plus fuel costs will be made.
• Hirers MUST EMPTY THE TOILET AND WASTE WATER before return. A £30.00 charge will be deducted if the waste water and/or toilet has not been emptied and cleaned.
• Teulu will be clean & tidy before every hire, and everything you need to help keep her fresh is supplied for you. Please ensure she is returned in the same condition as when collected.
• A charge of £30.00 will be deducted if the interior of the motorhome and its equipment (including cooker and utensils) are not reasonably clean on return.
• A maximum allowance of a 125 miles per day is included in the hire cost. Any additional mileage is to be charged at 45 pence per mile. If you need additional mileage for your trip, please contact us to discuss. The additional mileage charge will be deducted from your deposit.
• You can collect Teulu from 10.00am on your first hire day and return by 2.30pm on your last hire day, unless pre arranged. We will try to be as flexible as possible however a late return charge of £10.00 per hour will be deducted from your deposit, unless there are unforseen circumstances. Staying later at your location because you are enjoynig Teulu so much, is not an unforseen circumstance :)
• Accidents do happen, so if there are breakages or damage to the vehicle, please declared them on return.
• The Hirer is responsible for any fines received after the hire period for speeding, parking, traffic enforcement, ULEZ / Congestion charges, and details of the hirer will be passed on to the fining authority.
• One full gas bottle will be provided
• Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 26 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.

• Hirer must be 26 years of age or older.

  We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Dave was first class in the handover, so much so we didn't need to call him once. Teulu is a proper home from home and came with a great welcome pack including a bottle of fizz. absolutely everything was provided. We were the envy of our group when we arrived. This was a first time experience for us, we couldn't have asked for more and we definitely have the bug and will be booking her again next year.

  The motorhome was exactly as described and in excellent condition. The handover was completed at a convenient time and was very detailed and thorough. Dave was always at hand on the phone in case of any questions. Would thoroughly recommend.
