If an engine light comes on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you and displayed on windscreen sticker then please send a text message to the number provided in your rental form. If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. We know accidents happen, we just need to ensure we can replace items for our next customer to enjoy, so please ensure that you complete the breakages sheet provided at pick-up if you break or damage anything. Unsealed roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. If you decide to leave the original region/country of your original booking, please let us know prior to changing your plans. As part of our insurance cover, our vehicles need to be fitted with a tracker and we geo-fence the routes for each rental, so if you advise you are travelling around Scotland but then decide to go to Wales, our geo-fence tracker may alert police forces that the vehicle is out-with its permitted route and may end up with you being pulled over. We just need to know in advance of any change to location, out-with your original rental agreement so we can adjust the regions of travel. You are provided with 2 x Calor Propane Gas canisters, one of which will be new and full. The connected canister will likely have been used by the previous customer, and so may have a variable amount of gas in it. You are NOT required to return the canisters full, the gas is included in your rental fee.

Hiring rules

• No smoking policy in all areas of the vehicle
• Hirer must empty waste water tank & chemical toilet prior to dropoff
• Hirer must empty bins and sweep out vehicle prior to dropoff
• Bed linen and towels can be supplied but are not included in rental price
• Dogs are permitted with prior approval but there is a £46.00 pet cleaning fee
• All drivers must be a minimum of 35 years of age, held a Driving Licence for a minimum of 5 years, and have no convictions, although SP points up to a maximum of 3 points are permitted.
• No offroad driving/camping.
• No beach driving.
• No extended gravel roads
• No festivals, raves, rallies or protest marches
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises, any damage to awning will be chargeable
• All hires include a full tank of diesel upon departure, please ensure the motorhome comes back full of diesel. 2 x 6kg Propane gas cylinders are also provided (1x full + 1x Partially full).
• Please clean the equipment and motorhome before returning. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.

• Hirer must be 35 years of age or older.
