• Smoking
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all the motor homes in Ariescape Motorhome Hire fleet and that includes the use of vapes & ecigarettes. No person make smoke in the Vehicle, and you will ensure that the Driver, any Additional Drivers and any passengers refrain from smoking in the Vehicle.
• Bed Linen and Towels
• Bed linen, pillows and towels are not provided with the motorhome as standard. If you specifically require these items or are travelling from abroad please enquire about availability and these can be provided at additional charge of £50.00 per set or capped at £100.00 regardless how many you require.
• Options
• Please enquire if you require electric mountain bikes, paddle boards or children car seats.
• Airport Delivery
• If we deliver the vehicle to you at a place other than that stated in the Quotation, a Delivery Charge of £100.00 is payable if your location is within 10 miles range from our premises and it does include Edinburgh Airport. If we are to deliver the vehicle to you at the airport and to meet you (or the Driver, if you are not the Driver) on an inbound flight, you must provide us with the airline, flight number and time of arrival not later than 24 hours before the date of such arrival. If you do not provide us with this information, we cannot undertake to meet you at the time of your arrival. If the flight is delayed for more than 1 hour, a Waiting Time Charge may be levied.
• Pets
• Some operators welcome pets and some do not. We are proud to provide motorhomes equipped with top quality soft furnishings, upholstery and carpeted interiors, and we do not accept pets under no circumstances.
• On return You must empty the toilet cassette and waste water tanks at the end of the hire period. There is a £150.00 charge for unemptied cassettes and waste water tanks. A refuelling service charge if you have used, and not replaced, the same fuel that was supplied originally. The charge is based on the cost of the fuel plus £100.00. This rule also applies to gas.

  We cannot be more satisfied and happy with the service, communication and motorhome quality we received from Michal and Anna. We are a family of 5 (2 parents and 3 kids), spent amazing 7 nights in the motorhome, traveled all around Scotland. The beds in the motorhome are comfortable with fine bedding and shower towels. The kitchen was just what we needed to cook dinners and serve breakfast or lunch. Easy checking in and easy checking out. Thank you so much!! for everything.

  We stayed in Michals van for the weekend as a family of four. The van was very comfortable, beds were lovely too. The van is well equipped for four and Michal explained operating the water and heating clearly before we left and was on hand if we needed to ask him anything while away. It would have been nice to have some proper mugs with handles for hot drinks rather than plastic cups but that was the only thing we would change. The van wifi kept the kids happy in the evening for watching Netflix. It even has a nifty little hoover on board. Well definitely rent from Michal again in future if were visiting Scotland.
