Additional information
Vehicle handover is usually done at the diamond rated secure lock up facility just outside of Newark on Trent. There is space for one car only to be left while you're out in Frankie, meaning even more peace of mind while you're away! Frankie has as standard a large fridge, freezer, hob, oven, shower, toilet, heating, hot water. Plenty of mood lighting if you're like us and don't use the "big light" !!! We understand pets are part of the family too and of course we'd love to invite them along! We ask you to please cover the soft furnishings where possible and clean up any accidents as of course they can't clean it up themselves. There is a £30.00 maximum additional fee payable on return for cleaning if these rules are not met. Hopefully this has covered everything but if not please feel free to drop me a message with any questions, I'm here to help before during and after! She is big but don't be nervous, she's a dream to drive and the views you can wake up to and memories you will make will make it all worth it.
Hiring rules
- 1x set of bed linen (4x pillow, 1x duvet) supplied free of charge.
- Must be returned with:
- Full fuel tank
- Full AdBlue tank
- Clean and empty interior
- Empty toilet cassette
- Pets considered with an additional cleaning fee of £30.00
- No smoking or vaping inside the van
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
