- No festivals without prior approval
- No Hen/Stab trips
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises and not be left out unattended
- Must be returned full of diesel
- Toilet must be emptied before dropping off
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
