Our dog friendly, cosy, modern, 2 bed roomed holiday home in North Yorkshire is perfect for a couple of nights away or a longer stay. There's wooden decking and a table and chairs outside where you're able to enjoy your morning coffee. Inside you'll find a spacious living area with a pull out sofa bed and kitchen connecting to a double and twin bedroom. There's a shower room equipped with a thermostatic bar shower, basin and toilet.

Drivers must hold a full UK, EU, EEA, Australian or New Zealand licence for at least 2 years. You can have up to 6 penalty points, with no major convictions, driving bans, and no more than 2 accidents in the past 3 years.

Additional information

Facilities & Amenities A pub with restaurant, sports bar, children’s area and large beer garden located on C field. A children’s play area located in front of H field. A cafe down by the river. A small shop and launderette behind N feld. St James Retail Park is across the road and there is a bus stop right outside the turn off for the park with a regular bus service to Knaresborough, Harrogate and further afield.

Hiring rules

Welcome to The Brimham Retreat
Check in is 3pm / Check out is 10am
The boiler is immediately as you come in to the right of the door and is straight forward to operate.
We request that our guests do not wear their shoes inside the caravan and do the dishes.
Quiet hours are between 11pm and 8am, we ask kindly that you please respect our neighbours.
There is one parking space provided directly outside of the caravan if you will be coming in more than one vehicle there’s additional parking in a bigger car park a 1 minute walk away.
Please note that commercial vehicles are not allowed.
We normally allow one small, well behaved dog, but this can be discussed and we kindly request that your dog be kept off the furniture and beds.
No ball games allowed outside the caravan.
No charcoal barbecues allowed and no cooking of fish or overly spicy foods please in or on the oven or microwave.
When you leave please empty the bin and switch off the heating / water

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From £100.00 per day
Service fee: £30.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
