Our caravan is a spacious homely home from home environment, ideally situated on the edge of Mablethorpe Town centre, where you can enjoy a peaceful setting centred around a well-stocked fishing lake (licence required) and only 10 minutes away from Mablethorpe’s Blue Flag beach and traditional attractions.

The important stuff

  • Sleeps 6 inside the van
  • 3 day minimum hire
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Do not drive, tow or move the van at any time

Drivers must hold a full UK, EU, EEA, Australian or New Zealand licence for at least 2 years. You can have up to 6 penalty points, with no major convictions, driving bans, and no more than 2 accidents in the past 3 years.

Additional information

Our caravan is equipped with everything that you may need to enjoy your holiday e.g. WiFi, 32” TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs and various board games for those wet days. The on park entertainment has the Tower Tavern & Bistro, Lounge Bar and Family Room which offers live entertainment, karaoke, bingo and themed charity nights throughout the season. The caravan is an ideal setting for those who simply want to escape and get away from the pressures of everyday life.

Hiring rules

  • Please read the Park Rules provided.
  • Please pay your deposit within 48 hours to secure your holiday dates and to avoid disappointment.
  • Please note that ‘IF GAS BOTTLE SUPPLY RUNS OUT’ during your stay, ‘DO PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP’ so that I can make arrangements to change the gas bottle.
  • Please respect and treat our caravan like it was your 2nd home.
  • Please bring with you your own bed linen and towels.
  • Check In and Departure Times:
  • (i) Please Check in at The Park Reception Office 14:00hrs (2:00pm).
  • (ii) Please Check out at The Park Reception Office 12:00hrs.
  • Keys to the caravan can be picked up on arrival and left on departure at The Park Reception Office (TBC).
  • No smoking inside the caravan or on the decking area.
  • No BBQs allowed on the park.
  • No parking on the grass area please use the parking area provided nearby.
  • Sorry no pets allowed inside the caravan or on the decking area.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
  • Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
