Hiring rules
- RENTAL RULES
- 1. Smoking is strictly NOT allowed in the property.
- 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth on booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
- 3. This unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
- 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Report any damages made by you or your group immediately to the owner.
- Charges/damage fees will be incurred if deemed necessary.
- 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
- 6. Pets are NOT allowed
- 7. Parking, parking is available free of charge. One car per booking.
- 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Bedding and linen will be provided but we suggest you bring own towels. We do not provide towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
- 9. Fireplace: Please do NOT leave the fire turned on when leaving the property.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
