- Quiet hours are from **11pm to 8:30am**; please be mindful of noise during these times.
- **No smoking** is allowed in the caravan.
- If you wish to use the swimming pool, you must **prebook** with reception. Please mention **7 Slaidburn** when booking for reference.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
