Want the comfort of a motorhome but the compact driving size of a camper van - Bertie is for you! At only 2.1 metres wide, 2.78 metres high and 6.4 metres long he is compact and easy to drive, but extremely spacious. With a large front sun-roof he is light and airy inside but has all the mod-cons of a motorhome including: - 2 captains swivel chairs and fold-away table - 2 large sofas convert into either 2 single beds or a king size double - Fantastic kitchen with full-size oven and grill, full-size fridge and freezer, 3 gas rings and an electric hob, microwave, sink and plenty of storage - On-board cassette toilet, shower and hand basin and bathroom cabinet - Truma Gas and electric heating and hot water - Thule wind out awning - WIFI, Solar panel, TV, DAB Radio - Unique back door which opens up giving you inside/outside living and the ability to enjoy the outdoors! With two desk areas, Bertie is also a great option for 2 digital nomads wishing to work from home whilst travelling at the same time!

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    firstly, we had great fun on our trip to Stratford on Avon. the van layout was good and by the time we drove back i had much more confidence in driving it. The van had all the utilities you might need. the bed was easy to set up and comfortable. and the cooking facilities were more than adequate. We did however have some issues with reliability of the equipment. firstly the van went into limp mode with in a few mins of collecting it, we stopped and restatrrted it and it never happened again over the following 150 miles. the main controler for the water, pump, battery and other things shut down a few times leaving us with no services, this was frustrating but after some fault finding, ussually managed to get by, not ideal if you are not technical. i explained this to our host and he is going to look into it. the front rings on the stove kept shutting down, but the back one was fine. non of the above was a major concern and only added to the fun of our first time in a motor home, some of the problems may have been down you our lack of experience. thanks Tim and Janna for your guidance.
