Hiring rules

  • No smoking in the van. Please return with a full tank. Please notify us of any issues with photographs and whatsapp messages. The camper van may be hired out to other customers so a speedy turn around is required. Please pick up and drop off the van at agreed times. Off road driving is not permitted. Speed limits and weight limits must be followed.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had an awesome time traveling to Northumbria and Scotland in Irnbrew. Perfect for moving around. This was our first time in a camper an we will definitely do it again. Jessica was very helpful all the way.
