For a smooth and enjoyable hire To make everything feel easy and seamless, here are a few important things to know: Foxy Phoenix is easy to drive, but if you’re new to campervans, allow yourself a little time to settle in and get comfortable. Handover You’ll receive a full, relaxed walkthrough at pickup so you feel confident using everything inside. There’s no rush—we’ll make sure you’re ready. Bedding You must use bedding. Please bring your own or hire a set for £10.00 Care & respect Everything inside has been chosen with intention. Please treat the space gently so it can be enjoyed by others in the same way. This is owed by a 2 kids and a mum. Clean return We ask that the van is returned in a tidy condition, with everything as you found it. Pets / smoking / events → No smoking inside → Pets considered please ask → Not suitable for festivals or large group use

  • Foxy Phoenix is a thoughtfully created space. These guidelines help ensure a smooth, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
  • • Driver requirements
  • All drivers must be approved through Camplify prior to hire and meet their insurance criteria. This includes licence checks and ID verification. Only approved drivers are permitted to drive the vehicle.
  • • Security bond
  • A security bond is required and managed securely through Camplify. This may be used to cover damage, loss, additional cleaning, late returns, or any breach of hire terms.
  • • Minimum hire
  • A minimum hire period of 2–3 days applies to support a relaxed travel experience and proper turnaround between bookings.
  • • Pickup and return
  • Collection and return times are agreed in advance. Late returns may incur additional charges as outlined by Camplify. Please allow enough time for handover at both ends of your trip.
  • • Fuel policy
  • Foxy Phoenix is provided with a full tank and must be returned full. If not, a refuelling charge will apply, along with a small admin fee in line with platform guidelines.
  • • Cleanliness
  • The van should be returned in a clean and tidy condition. This includes removing rubbish, washing up, and leaving surfaces in good order.
  • Additional cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
  • • Toilets and waste (if applicable)
  • Any portable toilet must be emptied and cleaned prior to return. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge.
  • • Care and damage
  • Guests are responsible for the care of the vehicle during the hire period. Any damage, breakages, or missing items must be reported and will be charged via Camplify in line with repair or replacement costs.
  • • Smoking
  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the vehicle. A deep cleaning fee will apply if this rule is not respected.
  • • Pets
  • Pets are welcome by prior agreement.
  • • Festivals and prohibited use
  • Foxy Phoenix is not available for festivals, parties, or largescale events unless agreed in advance. Use for commercial purposes or subhire is not permitted.
  • • Offroad and driving conditions
  • The vehicle is not insured for offroad use. Please stick to suitable roads and campsites and avoid driving in unsafe conditions.
  • • Travel restrictions
  • UK travel only unless otherwise agreed and approved by Camplify.
  • • Breakdowns and support
  • Breakdown cover is provided through Camplify. In the event of an issue, please contact them directly and inform us as soon as possible.
  • • Fines and penalties
  • Any parking fines, tolls, or traffic violations incurred during the hire period are the responsibility of the renter
  • Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
