Hiring rules

  • No smoking including vapes
  • Family festivals are allowed with prior agreement with an additional deposit of £500.00 required.
  • Pets are allowed but we just need to check they are not dragons! :)
  • Please return Raymundo full of diesel.
  • Please clean him, empty waste and clean portaloo if using it, there will be a cleaning penalty of £50.00 if he's not returned back in the condition you collected him in.
  • Please empty the shower hose into the bucket provided too!
  • Pick up at 10am and return by 3pm, if we can accommodate flexibility of times we will
  • You are welcome to go as far as you like but over 500 miles is a 0.75p per mile charge
  • Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Kate and Time came to the rescue with Raymundo after a last minute cancellation of our previous booking. Raymundo was very clean and kitted out with all the essentials and more. He was a pleasure to drive and stay in on our trip to Eryri. Fantastically comfortable for our family of three plus dog; we would have been happy to stay much longer!
