Hiring rules
- Drivers must be between 2575.
- 250 mile daily driving limit.
- If any lights come up please get in contact right away.
- Van will go out with a full tank of fuel and we ask for this to be filled back up On return or pay a fuel fee.
- Strictly no smoking inside the van.
- No Adult festivals.
- Please no cooking inside the van
- Any damage must be reported immediately.
- Any parking fines or tickets will incur an admin fee of £30.00 and will be forwarded onto you.
- Please be aware it is your responsibility to pay any tolls, any fines that come through for non payment will be forwarded to you and an admin fee of £30.00 added.
- All bookings will have a flexible cancellation policy please check your booking for details.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
