Hiring rules
- Excludes hirers and drivers who:
- have not held a full driving licence for 12 months if aged 25 or over
- have not held a full driving licence for 24 months if between 21 and 24 years of age
- are engaged in professional gambling, sport or entertainment, hawking or general dealing, street or market trading, or modelling
- have been involved in more than one motoring accident or claim in the last 3 years
- have been convicted of any motoring offence or has a prosecution pending other than parking or one speeding offence
- suffer from any medical condition requiring notification to the DVLA and authorisation has not been granted
- We may consider exceptions to the above on a case by case basis.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £750.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
