Hiring rules

  • all drivers required to provide proof of address and copy of driving license
  • the hirer is liable if the vehicle is stolen so please be responsible with keys
  • declare any damages immediately
  • no smoking inside the motorhome
  • return with fuel tank the same as how you recieved it. £20.00 surcharge plus top up of fuel if not completed
  • waste water tank yo emptied on return of the motorhome
  • cleaned interior;fridge and cupboards to be emptied
  • toilet to be cleaned and emptied (£70.00 cleaning fee will incur if not emptied)
  • breakages or damages will be deductible from the deposit
  • loss of keys will incur a charge
  • parking fines/congestion charges/traffic offences to be paid by the hirer
  • Hirers must allow 30 mins for pre and post handovers and inspections
  • pick up from midday or earlier if agreed
  • drop off by midday or later if agreed
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
