Hiring rules

1. Driver Requirements
Age Limits: Drivers must be between 25 to 70 years old.
License History: Drivers must have a a full UK/EU license and held this for at least 2 years.
Points/Endorsements: Maximum of 6 points (two 3point speeding fines). Any major convictions (DD, DR, CD) are not accepted and the hire will be refused.
Documentation: The driver must present their license photocard upon collection for copying and two utility bills dated within the last 3 months for proof of address.
2. The "Financials"
Fuel Policy: FulltoFull. The van will come with a full tank of Diesel upon collection. When dropping the van back off, the renter should ensure the tank is back to full. Any fuel required at the end of the hire will be charged at £2.50 per litre.
3. Usage Rules
Mileage Limits: Mileage is capped at 100 miles per day. Any additional mileage will be charged at £0.45 per mile.
Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the van. (The smell ruins the upholstery and is almost impossible to remove).
Festivals: No festivals allowed
Pets: Small pets allowed. No large dogs. Additional cleaning fee of £25.00 for animals. For any bookings that include animals, this must be declared before collection.
4. Care of the Vehicle
OffRoading: OffRoading is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
The Diesel Heater: The diesel heater must be left to cool before switching it off at the switch.
Cleaning: The vehicle should be returned in a clean and hygienic condition. The fridge and sink units should be wiped down and no rubbish left inside. A Heavy Cleaning Fee of £50.00 will be charged to the renter if it is not returned in a clean condition.
Gas: All gas bottles to be isolated when not in use.
5. Safety, Breakdowns & Accidents
Breakdown or Warning Light: In the event of a warning light or breakdown, you must contact us and Camplify immediately.
Unauthorized Repairs: Renters should not attempt to repair the van themselves. In the case of small repairs such as light bulbs, these can be paid for directly to allow the renter to continue the hire and reimbursed with a receipt. A limit of £50.00 applies and we must also be notified upon this.
Accidents: Any accidents or damage must be reported immediately to us and Camplify on 0330 808 1811.
6. Pickup & Dropoff
Pickup time: After 14:00PM
Return by 10:00AM
Late Returns: Late returns will be charged at an additional £25.00 per hour.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From £100.00 per day
Service fee: £50.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
