Just to make you aware handover of the van will take approximately 30-45min as we will need to work through how all the features of the van work (eg side awning, reversible passenger seat, rock n roll bed and poptop roof). Rental start times and return times can be flexible in the days of booking - just message me your request and we will be happy to accommodate.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
