When you hire our motor home you have the freedom and flexibility to go where ever you want, whenever you want. If you find a place you love; stay longer. If it's not to your taste move on to somewhere else. You have the whole of the UK. to explore. We are also happy to consider adventures further afield, recently Hilda has been to Spain and France. We are based on the South coast: In a day's travel you could be in Plymouth, Swansea or Scarborough. Our motor home has a good sized kitchen area with a hob that has electric and gas rings, an oven that has a grill and a full size fridge with an ice box size freezer. The bathroom is complete with a full size shower and a cassette toilet. There is an electric controlled drop down double bed. The bench seats on either side convert to forward facing seats for travelling and a sleeping area for two at night.

Hiring rules

  • A maximum of 2 pets will be considered. We charge £40.00 one or £75.00 for two.
  • Hire charges include 200 miles per day / 1000 miles per week. Extra mileage will be charged at £0.40p per mile. However we happy to negotiate longer distances; please discuss this with us at the time of booking.
  • We would like you to return our motor home in the same condition as you received it: clean and tidy and with the waste water and toilets emptied. We reserve the right to charge a fee of £40.00 if this is not followed.
  • We are able to offer a delivery and collection service at either end of your hire this is charged dependant on location/postcode. We only offer this service up to 50 miles from Angmering, West Sussex.
  • We may consider hiring for use at musical festivals, please add to your request for full disclosure. An additional cleaning fee will be applied to cover the additional time required to clean due to the dusty or muddy conditions we have evidenced from when she has attended festivals.
  • Please return the motor home with a full tank of diesel.
  • Pickup from 2pm and return by 11am unless prearranged. A charge of £40.00 per hour (or part there of) is made for late returns.
  • The motor home comes with one cylinder tank of gas.
  • A Driveaway awning is available to hire. Please request details.
  • We ask you not to smoke in our motor home.
  • The awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
  • If for any reason the motor home is damaged, please report it immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
  • Hilda will have a full tank of fuel at the start of your adventure, please ensure you return her with a full tank, we will charge £ 2.00 per litre if refuelling is required.
  • If any engine lights come on, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call me or Camplify on 0330 808 1811.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a fabulous time in Hilda. It was my first time using a motor home. Mike & Jacquie were very patient answering my many queries only because I didnt want there to be any issues when using the van which was clean, neat, comfortable and tidy. Everything we needed was on board to make our trip very enjoyable. The fridge freezer space was especially generous. Many thanks again, best, Angie
