Gracie is a compact 2 person camper with double opening doors to get at one with nature . she is heated inside with a night and day heater that runs of separate fuel so you can be really toasty year round in all weathers. she has a small but amazing kitchen to the rear with coolbox, running water and sink, plus cookers and cooking equipment. everything you need for touring ! The table folds down to make a double bed which is 140 x 180 Inside there is a USB charger with leisure battery and lights including some cosy fairy lights! The roof is rustic style with vintage ship windows which adds cosiness and warmth and even a vintage porthole in roof above your heads so you lie there and simply watch the northern lights ! Gracie is very easy to drive, very reliable automatic perfect for touring highlands and islands. promotional prices this winter ! Hiring rules No driving outside of Scotland Important Information You have to select one of this options: -Security Bond: A £1000 security bond (caution bond) -Silver Package: pay £5/day and leave only a £500 deposit. -Gold Package: pay £10/day - leave no deposit (exclusions apply such as tyres, windscreen, reversing keys and others). -Diamond Package: Pay £20/day - leave no deposit and get maximum cover for most incidents.

Hiring rules

  • No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved
  • No smoking inside the van
  • pets are welcome but must be declared and no signs of them being there.
  • Hirer age restrictions 25 min ( see insurance criteria below )
  • Van inside must return cleaned or will incur up to a £50.00 fee.
  • Pick up from 10.00 weekdays and 11.00 am — weekends Drop back by 18.00 pm
  • Our pick up and drop off location is by appointment only please let us know what time you will be and if any delays or changes you must inform us.
  • Travel distance 200 kms day extra KMS extra 0.32 km
  • Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, fill out accident statement form found in glove box. Take photos of all damage and situation . Inform On Tour campervans using the help and assistance number.
  • Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required. Damage that is found and not reported will be charged at maximum level
  • Fuel return same as taken . if you leave more it cannot be refunded
  • Insurance before you book you must ensure you meet the criteria below . Failure to disclose or give inaccurate information will mean immediate cancelaion of hire with no refunds.
  • AGE 25 and above
  •  Must have held a full driving licence for a period of 12 months
  •  Note Standard cover does not apply for Hirers/drivers over 75 years of age
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a lovely time with Gracie driving on the NC500. The van ran beautifully and was quite comfortable to sleep in. Jo was lovely and made himself available in case we ran in any issues or had questions.
